1.1. These Terms of Service and Privacy Policy ("Terms") govern your access to and use of OnlyRooms, a Telegram bot for engaging in AI-driven roleplay conversations with virtual characters and purchasing related digital content (the "Service").
1.2. OnlyRooms operates as a Telegram bot providing a web UI through Telegram's Mini Apps functionality. By using our Service, you also agree to comply with Telegram's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1.3. OnlyRooms utilizes third-party AI APIs to generate AI text and image content. By using the Service, you acknowledge that the AI-generated content is provided through these third-party providers.
1.4. By accessing or using the Service, you engage with our Service and accept these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service.
1.5. These Terms apply to all users of the Service. Any new features or tools added to the Service shall also be subject to these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2.1. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using OnlyRooms, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
2.2. We reserve the right to refuse access to the Service to anyone for any reason at any time.
2.3. You are responsible for any content you create or generate through the Service and agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms.
2.4. Violation of any provision herein may result in immediate termination of your access to the Service.
3.1. OnlyRooms provides AI-powered virtual character interactions, including but not limited to:

3.3. The Service is intended for entertainment purposes only.
4.1. You are solely responsible for the content you create, request, or generate using the Service.
4.2. You agree not to use the Service to:
a) Create, request, or distribute any illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content.
b) Impersonate any real person or entity.
c) Create or distribute child exploitation material or CSAM.
d) Create or distribute non-consensual intimate imagery.
e) Create content that promotes or facilitates human trafficking or prostitution.
f) Create content depicting explicit violence or gore.
g) Attempt to circumvent age verification or content moderation systems.
h) Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service beyond its intended use.
i) Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
j) Infringe upon or violate any intellectual property rights.
4.3. Any content that violates these rules may result in immediate suspension of your access to the Service.
5.1. OnlyRooms maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding any illegal content or usage. This includes, but is not limited to:
a) Child exploitation or child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
b) Non-consensual intimate imagery.
c) Content that promotes or facilitates human trafficking or prostitution.
d) Impersonation of real persons for harmful purposes.
e) Explicit violence or gore.
f) Any other content that violates local, national, or international laws.
5.2. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate and permanent termination of access to the Service without prior notice.
5.3. We reserve the right to report any illegal activities or content to relevant law enforcement authorities immediately upon discovery.
6.1. OnlyRooms offers subscription plans (Basic, VIP, Premium) that provide enhanced access to Service features.
6.2. OnlyCoins is a virtual currency used within the Service. OnlyCoins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of payment.
6.3. Subscription benefits, including monthly OnlyCoins bonuses, are subject to change at our discretion.
6.4. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
7.1. The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content) are the exclusive property of OnlyRooms and its licensors.
7.2. You retain any copyright you may have in the content you create using the Service. However, by using the Service, you grant OnlyRooms a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your content in connection with providing the Service.
7.3. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may be based on or similar to existing copyrighted works. OnlyRooms does not claim ownership of such underlying works.
8.1. By using OnlyRooms, you agree that we may collect and use certain data as described in this section.
8.2. We collect the following information:
a) Your Telegram public profile information (user ID, username, profile name, language preference).
b) Telegram bot and Mini App usage data, including the content of your interactions with AI characters.
c) Additional telemetry data from the Mini App, which may include your IP address and basic device information.
d) Payment transaction records (purchase type, amount, date) — we do not store payment credentials.
8.3. Use of Collected Data:
a) We use your profile information to provide and personalize the Service.
b) We may use interaction content to enhance the Service. This data is not published or shared with third parties, except as necessary for technical service provision.
c) Telemetry data is used for technical maintenance and improvement of the Service.
8.4. Data Sharing:
a) We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal data to third parties.
b) We may share your data with Telegram as necessary for the provision of the Service.
c) We may share limited data with third-party AI providers solely for generating AI responses.
d) We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to a valid request by public authorities.
8.5. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us through the bot.
9.1. OnlyRooms offers paid features processed through Telegram Stars and Tribute payment systems.
9.2. Payments are handled by third-party providers, and we do not store or directly handle your payment information.
9.3. Refund Policy:
a) Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours from the time of purchase.
b) Refunds will be processed only for valid claims where technical issues prevented proper access to paid features.
c) Virtual currency (OnlyCoins) that has been spent cannot be refunded.
10.1. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.
10.2. OnlyRooms does not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components.
10.3. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any AI-generated content.
10.4. All AI characters are fictional and their responses are generated by artificial intelligence. OnlyRooms is not responsible for any emotional reliance on AI-generated content.
11.1. In no event shall OnlyRooms be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
11.2. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the use of the Service in the preceding 12 months.
12.1. We reserve the right to change prices, modify or terminate the Service at any time without prior notice.
12.2. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon publication.
12.3. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13.1. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable international laws.
13.2. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court.
